This helps us plan our harvest based on real demand—so you always get freshly picked produce.

Harvesting happens on Tuesdays. This is to ensure maximum freshness and nutrition.

Deliveries are made on Wednesdays

Yes. Everything we offer is grown is organic without harmful chemicals or synthetic sprays.

Some of it comes from our own farm, and the rest is sourced from a trusted network of farmers who follow organic or natural farming practices. Everything we offer is traceable.

Our farm is located about 65 km from Hyderabad, in Siddipet district, Telangana.

🛒 Ordering & Pre-Order Schedule

🟢 When can I place my order for fresh produce?

North and East Hyderabad :We accept pre-orders from Saturday and Sunday. 

West Hyderabad : Tuesday and Wednesday

This allows us to plan our harvest based on actual demand — so what you receive is freshly picked, just for you.

🟢 Can I cancel or change my order? What is your refund policy?

We understand that unexpected things happen.

Our refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellations before Monday(North and East Hyderanad) and Wednesday(West Hyderabad): Full refund.

Cancellations after Monday (North and East Hyderabad ) and Wednesday (West Hyderabad): 45% refund.

This cut-off helps us plan harvesting and packing while avoiding waste from unsold produce.

🟢 How do I place an order?

Just browse our collections (like Leafy Greens, Fruits, etc.), add items to your cart, and check out. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.

Orders can be placed only during our pre-order window  whether through the website or WhatsApp link.

🚚 Harvesting & Delivery

🟢 When do you harvest and deliver?

Harvesting takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays to ensure maximum freshness and nutrition.

Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays, right after the harvest day.

🟢 Where do you deliver?

We deliver fresh produce across Hyderabad through our own delivery system — currently available only within the city.

Pantry items like turmeric, spices, jaggery, and other non-perishables can be shipped outside Hyderabad.

🟢 Do you offer home delivery?

Yes — we offer home delivery within Hyderabad.

For independent houses, we deliver directly to the doorstep through our own team.

For apartments, we drop the order at the security gate. A general notification is sent once all orders in your route are dispatched. Our driver will then follow up individually as they approach your location.

**Doorstep delivery to apartment flats is available at an additional cost through a third-party partner, as internal delays can slow down our delivery schedule.

📦 Packaging & Quality

🟢 What if I receive damaged or poor-quality produce?

If something isn’t right, please WhatsApp us within 12 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.

🟢 What kind of packaging do you use?

Packaging is a challenge with food items — especially when balancing freshness, safety, and sustainability.

We use hdpe fully recyclable plastic bags. And as part of our initiative we collect the bags from our customers for recycling. 

Some items arrive pre-packed in plastic, and to avoid waste, we don’t repackage them. We appreciate your support as we try and find better solutions.
