From indigenous Gir cows raised by pastoral herder families in the forest regions of Sheopur district of Madhya Pradesh. The cattle graze freely on native grasses and herbs, giving the ghee a natural aroma and flavour from seasonal forage. In these systems, both male and female calves grow up within the herd and older cattle live out their natural life.


Made using the traditional bilona curd-cultured method: milk → curd → churned butter → ghee. This makes it easier to digest and naturally flavourful.

Free from preservatives, additives, and artificial colours.
