The honey is collected in small quantities by indigenous hill tribes using traditional, low-intervention methods. Only a portion of the comb is taken, allowing colonies to rebuild naturally. The honey is kept raw and unheated, and gently strained only to remove natural wax and forest debris, preserving its natural aroma, flavour, texture, and enzymes.

Each batch reflects the season it comes from – rainfall patterns and flowering cycles – leading to gentle variation from batch to batch. These variations are a natural expression of forest-grown honey.
